To
guarantee your reservation (subject to availability), a deposit of
$150 is required within 10 days after date of booking. A
confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit.
The balance will be due two weeks before your arrival date. All
rates are subject to state and local taxes.
Refunds, less
a $50 handling charge, will be issued if cancellation notice is
received two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.
