Restrictions
and Limitations
- ENMARC
reserves the right to deny and/or terminate any
contractual agreement between
InstructorsofGolf.com members and/or applying
members without refund.
- ENMARC
reserves the right to edit any information given
to ENMARC by an instructor for posting on their
web site, and reserves the right to design such
web site consistent with company policy. Any
questions regarding the construction of the site
will be answered through email. ENMARC is not
responsible for any problems that may occur
through hosting and which may cause complications
with the site. The site will be posted 7 to 14
business days after ENMARC receives payment.
- Payment
for the contract term is due, in full, upon
completion of membership registration and can be
made with a major credit card, cashier's check, or
money order made out to ENMARC. Any contract
received without payment will not be processed
until payment is verified.
- InstructorsofGolf.com
membership is open to all professional golf
instructors worldwide.
- Each
member is required to provide a current resume and
fill out all personal information. Must also
include PGA member or apprentice identification
number if applicable. Each professional is
responsible for maintaining and updating his/her
resume and to inform ENMARC of any changes to its
status.
